Commissions municipales
Leur nombre et leurs attributions sont fixés par le conseil municipal. Elles sont toutes présidées par le maire, mais, le plus souvent, c'est le vice-président de chaque commission (adjoint ou conseiller municipal délégué) qui assume ce rôle par délégation. Leurs missions :
- examiner les dossiers,
- formuler des avis et des suggestions,
- préparer des rapports.
Les commissions municipales n'ont pas de pouvoir de décision. Le résultat de leurs travaux est soumis à l'équipe municipale, puis au conseil municipal pour décision.
